Choose Life license plates are now on cars traveling around North Carolina delivering the message, CHOOSE LIFE!
This is welcome news after a 9 year journey for state approval!
Carolina Pregnancy Care Fellowship, the statewide network and training organization for the pregnancy resource centers in the state, is designated by the State of North Carolina as the recipient of funds generated by the license plate sales. The funds are then distributed to pregnancy resource centers around the state including the Pregnancy Care Center of Catawba Valley.

Personalized Choose Life $55.00
The $25.00/$55.00 is an (ANNUAL) fee due in addition to the regular license fee. The plate can now be ordered directly from the DMV website.
