The Pregnancy Care Center is a 501(c)(3) agency providing free and confidential services to women and men experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. Our trained client advocates and staff provide parenting, adoption, and abortion education. This is a caring environment of trained client advocates and medical professionals.
Pregnancy Care Center offers free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, parenting classes, material assistance, referrals and other programs. The PCC does not provide mammograms or contraception. We do not offer or refer for abortion.

Is there a charge for your services?
No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Yes. Appointments are necessary and will make things easier and quicker for you while you're here. Contact us to schedule.
How do I know if I'm pregnant?
If you think you might be pregnant, it's important to be sure. We can help you find out by providing you with a free pregnancy test and, in some cases, a limited ultrasound. Contact us to learn more.
I'm pregnant or my girlfriend is pregnant. What are my options?
An unexpected pregnancy can be scary - we get it. If you've found yourself in this situation, we're here to help you learn about your options. Reach out and we can help you navigate the road ahead.
Are your medical services administered by medical professionals?
Yes. All our medical services are administered by Registered Nurses. Our ultrasound review process includes oversight by multiple Board Certified Radiologists in the Catawba Valley area.
Who is the Medical Director at the PCC?
Our Medical Director is a licensed physician at a local OBGYN office.
